Complex GeoIT projects require a wide range of perspectives. That is why our team brings together expertise in geoinformatics, agriculture, forestry, geosciences, environmental sciences, surveying and public administration.

ISO 9001:2015
Certified to ISO 9001:2015 since 1998, EFTAS relies on clearly defined processes, regular audits and continuous improvement to ensure consistently high-quality services — transparently and reliably.
ISO 27001:2022
EFTAS has been certified to ISO 27001:2022 since 2025. Our information security management system is built around clearly defined safeguards, regulated responsibilities and the secure handling of data and IT systems.
Ökoprofit
Since 2014, EFTAS has regularly been recognised with the City of Münster’s ÖKOPROFIT seal. Through systematic measures, we continuously reduce our consumption of energy, water and other resources.
International
EFTAS carries out GeoIT projects worldwide — from regional data collection to cross-border basic datasets, and from training courses to independent quality assurance.
A particular focus lies on sustainable technology transfer and local capacity building. We provide needs-based, culturally sensitive advice on an equal footing, helping local institutions strengthen their capabilities over the long term. This approach has enabled us to build a global network of partners, including local companies and public authorities as well as the United Nations, the World Bank and development banks.

Our office is centrally located in Münster, Germany’s renowned cycling city, just a few minutes’ walk from the main railway station. Whether you travel by bus, train, bicycle or car, we are easy to reach and easy to find.
